Should their be a limit on questions to ask?
If a seller contacts you via phone; should you limit your questions to the seller or should it not matter? I have compiled a list of 29 questions (so far) that were taken from here and other sources. Is this too many questions too ask a seller? I feel like it may make them nuts with all the questions

Why are you selling? How long have you lived there? Any problems with the property? What do you have to have for it....what's your bottom dollar? When can I see it and call you back?
29 questions? Really, you going to close on the phone? LOL
The initial contact should be rather short, you do your due diligence on your own, not picking the seller's brain on the phone. You want warranties and representations in your contract agreement.
I've purchased property on the phone with an appraisal in front of me and I don't think it took thirty minutes and nothing near 29 questions.
Besides. sellers lie or at least embellish and puff the deal!
