As 16 yr old, How should I begin learning to invest in rentals?
What should I do now to start investing in Real Estate? I'm 16 and looking to be financially free when I'm 35 or younger :D. Where should I begin? Learning more about REITS or buying and renting? When I'm 18 what should I be looking at? I have the first 2 years free(dad works there) and planning to major in environmental science.
