Looking to BRRRR and for a mentor in NJ - south union county
Hello everyone - newbie here. Well, sort of.
My wife and I recently purchased a home in Clark, NJ. I really got into the renovation aspect of our "fixer upper". We hired home service pros to redo the plumbing, floors, kitchen, bathroom, and more. Long story short it looks pretty good and I feel we added a lot of value. But more importantly I found out how much I enjoy the process of renovation and managing the "project". Ideally want my first BRRR to be nearby for convenience and logistics. Really just looking for someone to grab coffee and learn from. Please let me know. Thanks!
