First off, I'm very new to BP and this is my first time posting so I apologize in advance if this is the inappropriate place for this question.

I'm a Realtor from San Antonio, Texas looking to start out of state investing particularly in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I'm in town this week (2/2-2/8) looking to make connections and start my core 4 for my BRRRR investing.

If anyone has any referrals for the big 4 - Contractors, Lenders, Agents (or wholesalers), or Property Managers, or would like to meet for dinner and talk Oklahoma Real Estate Investing I would love to link up!
