Why hasn’t it been taken??
Have you ever come across a deal that looked really good and started doubting yourself just because it wasn’t taken? I recently came across deal on a fb investor group that he been up for about 5 days. Numbers are great, but I’m doubting myself simply because it’s still available. I keep telling myself well if it’s good why hasn’t it been taken?
