New Investor in Canada - Rental Buying Process

Jude Munalem
Posted

I've been talking to a lot of Real Estate Agents and they all seem to not care about the properties I show them. Instead, they want me to buy the more expensive and already renovated properties.

Because of that, I am taking the 'No Real Estate Agent' route. I have read the process of buying a house but would feel more comfortable if there's someone here that can also guide me on my first rental.

Really appreciate it.

eh!

Find a better agent. Expect the same result for mortgage brokers. If you’re giving up after a few you’re giving up too early.

Posting a province / city will help.
