Wholesaling Newbie Brooklyn

Posted

Hello, My name is Nate, I am 21 years old and i want to get into wholesaling. I am currently living in Brooklyn NewYork. I want to get started but i am having a difficult time choosing the right market to invest in. I am hearing New York is not a good place to wholesale. Is that true and why? Is there anybody in Brooklyn wholesaling? Is Brooklyn a good place to start wholesaling or should i start doing it virtually in another market?

Thank you for replying Ahmed. What city/states are some good suggestions?  How do i find a good market with less competition? Is tampa florida a good option?
