Brand new investor looking to house hack in Newark,New Jersey
Hi Everybody.
I’m currently new to the investor world and looking to eventually house hack when i can save up a down payment for the fha loan for a multi family 2/3/4 unit in the Newark area. I don’t know many people in this investing world, i just know a real estate agent.
I want to network with other investors and maybe job shadow a day in their worlds while learning more about financial options.

I am in a very similar situation, i would like to house hack a multi family property in the NJ area. I am based in Elizabeth NJ and i have had on my mind on looking for one of those 2+1 properties you speak of. I would love to connect with more investors in the area i will DM you! :)
