Tax Deed in Birmingham Alabama

Hello Everyone, My name is Chandra and I just received my first tax deed in Birmingham Alabama. I would like some advice on what are some of the next steps that I need to take to be able to take full possession of the property. If anybody has any advice it will be greatly appreciated.
