Do you get a business license with LLC?

I'm just curious as to what the differences are and if you get a business license when you get your LLC. I ask because for TLO you need a business license.

If you need to get a business license, that can be a very local thing. So unlikely that you will get it with your LLC; instead, you will form the LLC, get the EIN from the IRS, and then apply for any local business license(s).
