Coronavirus and Economy Question (New Investor)
I am looking into buying a house to house hack, but I see that the economy is in shambles right now because of the coronavirus, should I wait or just put in a offer? I remember a staying Warn Buffet said buy stocks when the market is down you are getting them at half price (something along these lines). This is for stocks not for real estate at this present time 2/27/2020. I would love to hear people opinions please and don't make fun of me to badly please.
