$100,000 hard cash to invest in my first home.

My fiancé and I are looking to begin our journey to financial independence in MD. We saved up close to 100k and don’t want to make any dumb moves. We think house hacking in a multi family would be the way to start out.

But what would be a bad first move... if there is such a thing?

We also want to own other properties in the future. Should we use all of this money towards one investment? So many questions running through my head !!!
