Buying a Multifamily property
Hello I am new to real estate investing and currently I am having a hard time figuring out the kinks and what is possible. Currently I am looking at purchasing my first multifamily property for short term rentals or an air b&b however I am having a hard time finding out the best way to finance it. I would also take any suggestions if anyone thinks that hard money loans (or multifamily properties in general for air b&b) isn't the best route.
