Cashout refinancing advice
I'm a new investor from SC, I have 2 properties now and wish to purchase more by the end of the year. Both properties are paid for I'm looking for lender info now and wanted to know what do lenders look for in a investor to do a cashout refi and how long does it generally take to complete a refi? I'm looking in the southeast and the market is really good with people relocating and retiring so flipping and rentals are up. I'd appreciate any assistance you can offer thank you in advance....
