Meeting a seller remotely

Ok, when you have to meet a seller remotely, do you set up an appointment with him first and then try to find someome to meet him remotely and take pictures of the house OR do you first find someone to meet him for you and then you set up the appointment with the seller? Would you do this differently? What would you do?
