Pursuing an interview with RE

Few questions here. I’m ready to pursuit my first deal. I am excited but nervous. I need to find an agent first. I have one individual in mind. She’s a RE in my community but I’m not sure that she has dealt with investors before. Any recommendations on how to go about scheduling an interview with her or any agent? I’m assuming that the traditional home buyer does not interview their agent(s) like investors would. I don’t want to come across standoffish. I am planning to email a few agents. In the email, should I include my business plan (house hacking)? Is it protocol to ask them questions to see if they best fit my plan in the same email? Also what questions do you guys recommend I add in the email? I have a few jotted down already.

Thank you,
