Where to preform Background Checks
I am a newer property manager, and I need some help. I have started managing my grandparents rental properties, and they have never preformed background checks or any pre-screening for tenants. I am wanting to find somewhere to preform a background and credit check once I have had people fill out an application releasing their information. I am using the rental application that can with the book I purchased from BP called The Book on Managing Rental Properties by Brandon Turner.
