Yellow Letters to BUYERS?

I am going to be gathering a large (hopefully) buyers list from public records. Once I have this information, do I send THEM yellow letters telling them I can bring them houses? What kind of marketing campaign would I use to target the buyers, not the sellers?

Brian Stone no problem.. My buyers list has been acquired over the years through various ways.. i can't say i have done one single thing that has brought me the majority of buyers..

Networking on/offline
Craigslist
For rent signs
Landlord briefings
Landlord associations
Casual conversations with rehabbers i see on the street

Using all avenues collectively will give you a stronger and effective buyers list.
