Has anyone had any recent success in completed BRRRR's in Tulsa,Ok or surrounding areas? Would love to hear about success and failures. I am new to real estate investing and interested in exploring this strategy.

Tulsa is a great place to BRRRR, IMO. I've completed quite a few deals there, and in OKC, but am putting most of my efforts into Tulsa right now.
