Hi,
I am new To the world of Real Estate investing and to Bigger Pockets as well. I recently have been spending alot of time learning about investing into real estate and even though i feel like i have a grasp on the basics and i am eager to get started with buying my first property, I have been advised to wait to buy anything given our current climate. So I guess my question is.....Is there anything more i should or could be doing during this time to get a better start into investing?? Books to read?? A Time frame to keep in mind??

Hi Quadry,
Have you decided which real estate investment strategy you want to start with? Why? I can give you recommendations based on that.

There's always a reason to wait. If you find a good deal, take advantage of it.
