Best sites to find multi unit investment properties

Hi Everyone.

I'm looking to buy a multi unit investment property in NJ or PA. Which websites do you recommend I search on? I'm looking for minimum of 3 unit property.

I also have been listing to bp podcasts and there are so many nuggets including websites and services or other tips. I was wondering if there is a page on this site with all the resources or links to all the helpful tips provided by pocast guests.
