Hello Bigger Pockets Friends..My name is Mike and I am from the central Jersey area and am a first time buyer looking to house hack to start.. I am just starting my journey into real estate and could use some information on some loan programs that might work for me.. Low down payment options are preferred..Thanks hope everyone is staying safe and healthy..
