Currently Active Duty want to learn the housing market

I'm coming up on the end of my first contract and going into the second one, and wanted to know how to start investing in real estate and eventually work my way in to making it my career

    @Chyler Corona Best thing you can do is use your VA loan to take advantage of a 0% down loan to house hack a duplex, triplex or fourplex...live in one and rent the others. I'm helping quite a few military guys/gals currently utilize their VA loan to house hack multifamily properties.

    This is the best and most effective way you can start out.
