Never see properties sold.

Hi guys, i was looking for some properties in a website, too expensives in my area by the way, but i clicked in recently sold then i saw a lot of good properties sold very cheap, my question is, what's happenng with these properties? why i never saw them even checking every day ? Anybody with the same experience? Your reply will be highly appreciated.
