For those that have invested in real estate with partners...what did you look for when trying to find a partner? What are some characteristics I should look for and characteristics that are red-flags? Thanks!

@Connor Duff

Typically when we partner with someone we look for people who can bring and manage successful projects. We are in a position to bring capital to the table and offer partners financial backing. Each partner has to bring something that the other partner doesn’t have for a successful marriage in our opinion.

Best of luck in all your endeavors.
