21yrs , 25k, multifamily in FL. Details? Cities?

Hello everyone!

I plan on moving to Florida next Spring, by that time I should have around 40k-50k in cash and I'm looking to get a FHA loan (owner occupied) in St. Petersburg although I don't have all the knowledge about the area!
