I'm very familiar with the Santa Barbara market AND THERE IS MONEY TO BE HAD HERE! Looking to partner with someone to become a big player in the market. I frequent the county auctions and have multiple real estate licensees who are more than willings to work with me. There is a market for flipping (rehab and non rehab) and the condo market is great.
