NEWBIE 24YR OLD REAL ESTATE -- LIVE IN DMV AREA
Hey everybody,
I'm here to ask you all to try to come together to help me out and gain some knowledge along the way. I'm a 24 year old new investor that's lives in the Virginia to be specific Fredericksburg, I don't mind investing out of state but I rather my first property is somewhere I can drive too and check in on if needed.
