Hello BP Family,

I am a very new investor in Jacksonville, FL. I have been listening to the BP Podcasts for almost a year now and I’ve decided that I want to house hack to begin my journey.

Although I still have things to work on (credit, debt, etc) I’d like to connect with local investors for guidance and feedback. Is the Jax market good for house hacking? Do you guys know of any investor friendly realtors in the Jax area?
