New Real Estate Investors

Posted

Hello my name is Jake and this is my first post. My friends and I (4 of us altogether) want to start investing in real estate. Friend 1 has $60k cash right now, friend 2 has a mortgage for around $50k on a fixer upper house, friend 3 is in the process of buying a duplex that friend 1 wants to rent with him while they fix it up. My gf and I will be getting a house in the next 6 months and when we do it I would like to be able to contribute to our Business. How do we go about making sure this is fair for everyone and do you have any recommendations for rentals or flipping houses? Any help will be much appreciated! (we are not looking for a mentor we are just looking for a kick in the right direction and maybe help with legal guidance) Thank you in advance!
