Realistic Criteria For BRRRR on $350k-$450k Properties?
With so many RE investing books focusing on the US market and BRRRR properties in the $50k-$150k range, I'm wondering if anyone has examples that are relatable to BRRRR projects in the $350k-$450k range (as those are more realistic numbers for Barrie, Ontario, Canada).
Even if you aren't in Barrie, but have similar numbers for your area, what kinds of criteria are you looking for to make the deals work?
