Hi Fabulous Forum Peeps! Looking for guidance as I start out in the REI world. I live in PA, but am looking for properties in Toledo OH. Do I need a real estate agent for each different state I look to invest in, or will the local agent I pick be able to handle other states as well?

Thank you!!

Real estate agents are licensed by state, some states are reciprocal but unless your agent is from a border city or grew up where you are buying you should get a local agent because at least in theory they should know the market better.
