Hey BP, what are the best cities/areas to invest in Florida? I am a new investor still looking for the right market to narrow my focus on. Any suggestions would be great. Thank you!

@Josh Rodriguez

I would look into areas such as East Tampa, Seminole Heights, Egypt Lake/Lowry Park. Some suburbs such as Brandon and Riverview also sometimes have some options that may need some work.

In Pinellas County, I have seen some options in Clearwater, St Pete, and Pinellas Park. South St Pete is an option but it is a lower quality area (D or C-) and I usually recommend people stay away from it unless they have lived in the area a while and know what they are getting into.
