Phoenix best neighborhoods ?

Hello BP, 

I'm looking to invest in a buy & hold rental property in Phoenix and currently looking at different neighborhoods, more specifically family friendly, low crime neighborhoods. Here is what I found: 

Chandler/Arcadia/Paradise Valley/Gilbert  

Do these check the box? Other neighborhoods you would suggest?
