House Hacking single parent
I am in the process of beginning to analyze deals which will eventually help me land my 1st house hack via a duplex. I am wondering if there are any other single parents who have begun their journey with a child alongside them. I feel like I have worries, concerns, particular apprehensions and maybe even some limitations because of this. Hoping to hear your story ... any pitfalls, risks, lessons learned if you have done this successfully?
