What would you do with a $1,000 monthly marketing budget?
I am a real estate agent with a team. I am spending about $3500 a month on leads from Zillow and PPC to feed my team deals. I am thinking of trimming the team down and move some of this budget to investing. If you had $1,000 a month budgeted towards marketing to find deals, how would you spend it?
