Finding Realtor to send Foreclosure/REO listings

Hey BP community,

Just like to get the ball rolling on how some of you found your first realtor to work with to send you listings in your area?

From my understanding some firms are more "investor" friendly than others, and some realtors need more coaching than others (i.e. newbs vs. ones that have been there for a year or two more).

Lets hear how you got to establish that relationship and how you leveraged it to get into your bids/deals

Thanks.

Just look up REOs at homepath and homesteps and hudhomestore

No need to have an agent send you these.

But as a wholesaler you should be generating off-market deals IMO.
