How to finance my first rental deal

HI!

I'm a 20-year-old student at Ohio State University who is relatively new to Real Estate investing. I have read all of Brandon and David's books regarding investing in Rental properties and different financing methods and am extremely excited to start my journey into Real Estate investing. My main roadblock, however, is a lack of funding. I was wondering what would be the best route to finance my first rental deal?
