Wanting to build my cash reserve more! Am I on the right tract?
Wanting to grow my cash reserves! Already have some buy and holds. I'm pretty conservative so like having higher equity when getting a buy and hold. Dont have time to manage a flip or brrrr. Is the right thinking to get a partner? I get the funds they manage the rehab/project?
