First property (house hack)
Hey everyone! After about 3 years of studying real estate as an investor I've finally decided to get my jump in the pool. I'm looking to house hack my first property with a roommate (whom is a family member), and I've had my eyes on a 2 duplexes that are on realtor and other sites but I feel there is no equity there. I have two agents who send me leads, but the market feels very slow in my area...advice?
