Hey everyone, I'm new to the wholesale game and I'm trying to get deals in my backyard: LA! I've seen plenty of videos suggesting that I go virtual and try my luck in the mid-western areas. That La is too hard for wholesaling but I wanted to get some tips before choosing to switch to a new market. I'm not afraid of cold calling and I'm currently hitting absentee owners. I'll take any advice at this point and I'm new to bigger pockets. :)

Hello @Hugo Avaos ! I’m located in San Bernardino county looking to get started with wholesaling as well! I could say I’ve done enough research to get started!
You should check out Nick Ruiz book called flip. It’s about 77 pages and breaks it down Barney style. Super simple and straight to the point. Highly recommended.
