Hi Everyone,

I'm kind of new to the real estate investing world. By, kind of, I'm actually a Fortune Builders Mastery Alumni. So I know a little about wholesaling and flipping. My last venture with my friends didn't work out because life had other plans for us all. I want to get back in and don't know where to start. I'm asking for a little guidance. I'm super interested in BRRRR. Thank you in advance.
