@John Dennis YEs start now!! Just because we had pandemic doesn't mean you can't find deals. Ask yourself what happens if you do nothing and sit on the sidelines? 

You learn nothing. You gain no wealth. You lose to inflation. You continue in the rat race if you work a "regular" job.
