Advice for an 18 year old newbie

Hi, my name is Colten and I live in Granite Bay, CA. My long term goal in life is to retire early via real estate investing. After researching for the better half of a year, house hacking and the BRRR strategy are the two strategies that really stands out to me. The largest problem preventing me from moving forwards is the lack of guidance. Although I'm a motivated self learner, there are many topics that need to be researched and I'm unsure of what topics are best to research first, or what topics I'm not aware even exist that are important to cover. My best learning environment is hands-on, which proposes a large problem for me because I have no family members or friends knowledgeable in the subject of real estate investing, leaving me lost on where to proceed from here. My largest desire is to find a mentor, but would it be likely that anyone would be willing to take me on with my lack of knowledge and experience?
