House hacking a townhome
Hey! What are your experiences with house hacking townhomes? What do I need to know and how do I find these resources for the specific area? Im looking into buying my first place and renting out the spare bedrooms. I'm looking at 3 bedrooms 2+ bathrooms, in a smaller but growing area (Longmont, CO). Thanks for any feedback!
