Newbie CPA interview questions

Besides the obvious; "What's your history with Real Estate?"  What are a few key interview questions?

Has anyone ever used two CPAs; is that a thing? I don't believe a real estate CPA would be good for my niche current business, but on the flip side I'm not sure my current CPA would be good for real estate...

  • What is the preferred frequency/medium of communication?

Some clients opt for one preparer on the business side and another on the personal side. Others prefer it all under one roof.
