Seller Financing problems
Hello, this is my very first post on this forum. I am looking to start my real estate investing journey by purchasing my first property through seller financing. However, I have a few questions.
1.) What if the seller who is financing the property passes away before the property is paid off.
2.) What kind of paper work do I need to legally close the deal.
