newbie interested in apartments

Hi everyone I have my eye on a 20 unit complex. Im Looking in Northern Montana and am not sure ware to start. Looking for advice on what questions to ask the listing agent. Also not sure what to look for to see if its even a good deal. Any advice or thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
