Buy and hold in Louiseville, KY
Hello everybody!
I'm an investor and i'm interested in investing in Louisville. I'm looking to get more information about Louisville from people who already invested there and rent it for long term. the budget is 90K. Any information about good neighbourhoods over there and about the crime situation will be realy helpful. And of course if you want to share with me other information that i haven't mentioned you are more then welcome!
