New to BP and just starting on real estate journey.

Hello everyone, I’m a new comer to not only BP but real estate also. Looking for some advice and tips to begin this journey.

So Me and my wife each had a property before meeting, and now we are in the situation of having having a primary residence and 2 potential rental properties. We have gone back and forth with the pros and cons on whether it’s a better idea to rent these properties or to try to sell one or possibly both. We are just looking for some advice on what possible options other investors would suggest.

Also, if we rented the houses would refinancing be a smart choice?

We have so many questions and haven’t had luck finding many investors in our area, so Sorry if these are super noob questions lol but we are just trying to get in the game and get started on the right foot. Thank you
